I was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Air Force and went on to Randolph AFB in Texas to learn how to be a Navigator. Last October I married my long time love Lisa Colburn (c/o 94). We are now happily stationed at Hurlburt Field in Florida. In between trips to the beach I'm in training learning to fly AC-130H Spectre gunships. - Message: Hey all of you strangers? As i read it looks like everybody is doing great! Well since high school I have done and accomplished more than you would ever imagined me doing. Was almost married but I have to leave that 5 years of drama. No kids either. I just got back from building houses in Mexico for the poor with Volunteers of America.
Got my contracting license. i went to cities like Tijuana, Mexcali, Tecate, Mexico City, Rosarito, etc... I also currently passed the written test for EMT/Firefighter/911 Dispatcher (6-7 hrs each test of pure mind bending hell) and conditioning myself for the physical test for firefighting only. 911 Dispatching requires me getting bonded and other things to get a job with city of San Diego. My
firefighting "Hell Weeks" require me to do Four days Desert firefighting, Four days land firefighting, Three days
mountain firefighting, Three days Staged Fires in Firehouse in Eastlake. I am ready though. I have to run 10 miles with 45
lbs! of water on my back and personal supplies in less than 2 hours. EEEKKK! I also have to carry the same things on back up a 6-8 hour trek up the
mountain, stay up there 2 days fighting staged fires and back down 6-8 hours. I think I am
absolutely losing my mind for signing up for this crap. I love the challenge though. I am also currently writing a book scheduled to be finished Sept 1, 2003 and published by Prentice Press sometime in Mid/Late September. In stores early October. It is so hella funny. It is a book of reality, love and other silly quotes that I wrote myself. Nobody
else's quotes only mine. Projected number of quotes in book are 1001. The name of my book is called "Life, Love, Friends & Schizo's. I am thinking of writing an additional chapter of Chinese Proverbs???? When it comes out i'll update this page with the opening date for signing, where it is at and if you guys care at all to check out my book stop by for an
autographed copy. It is supposed to be on Oct 12, 2003 at Mission Valley Borders but ya never know what could happen. I'll update ya'll. Ok enough about me. Scott is doing okay. He is

As for my part I enlisted in the U.S. Army right after trying a year of college needed a break but fell in love with being a paratrooper at 82nd Airborne at first. Where I ran into Joe Rivas in 99 He when off to Special Ops a year later and haven't heard from since, After I ran into Joe I found out he was a Ranger so I gave it a shot and lone behold who would of thought I stand now a proud SFC in the mighty 3rd 75 Ranger Reg, were i serve proudly with my brothers in Arms ( RANGERS LEAD THE WAY). I seen the world S>D to the sandy oceans of Iraq. I lost many brothers but will never forget their sacrifice. I am now married to my beautiful wife Barb and who is my cornerstone everyday. I recently got my BA in Criminal Justice with a Major in Physiology thanks to The Army I applied myself and took Advantage of the opportunities offered to me Iam sure am glad I have no loans to pay back. I'm getting ready to go back to Upstate New York to FT. Drum to go be an instructor at Air Assault School Since I need a break and rest since I recently beat cancer to the ground thanks to gunshot in Iraq I found out I had Acute Lymhoblastic Leukimia; weird huh what was suppose to kill actually saved me. For those who know me drop me a line and for those who don't look in the back of your yearbook and the Poem on it the Author says Hello. Life has been great nothing to complain or regret and proud of the choices I made and to have peace of mind.

It seems so long ago to have been at CPHS, time sure does fly. I am working with Vistage which is SD based CEO Membership Organization as a Chair Operations Advisor. They were cool enough to let me keep my job and work from home which is nice so I can enjoy my brand new house, plus I now work with our Midwest region so it works out well. My husband is the most wonderful man in the world and my daughter is now 9 - she grew so fast. Liana is smart, funny and just a good kid - I got lucky. Hoping to have more kiddos now that we are out here.
