My days are complete with fun-filled agendas such as working 9-10hrs, packing lunches, getting kids off to school, softball, daycare, dance class, homework, cooking, cleaning and finishing up around 11pm! - College: UCLA
- Occupation: Reinsurance Underwriter
- Message: After graduating from UCLA, I moved to NYC and worked there as an underwriter for an insurance company that specialized in analyzing, evaluating and insuring commercial operations that had the potential for severe liability losses. Basically, if the business could blow up or result in major death or destruction, we insured it. After 2 years there, the same company moved me back to L.A., where I stayed until 1997. In 1995, I made a career change and shifted to reinsurance, insuring insurance companies. By 1997, that employer sold off my division. I moved to AZ that year to take an even better career leap doing treaty reinsurance. Well, some good things have to pass. After 4 years, that office closed, another victim of the usual corporate strategy shifts we've all seen. 2000 and 2001 were pivotal years. In that time, I got married, laid off, got a new job, moved back to So. Cal., did the house thing, had a baby girl (ahem, the wife did) and got a dog. I've traveled quite a bit over the years and I missed being in the WTC tragedy by exactly one week. I look forward to seeing my CPHS classmates soon and exchanging stories. I look back with great fondness of people and experiences at CPHS.

Tommy Sablan I remember you from my Sex Ed class in 8th grade (I think the teacher was Mr. Talmadge) -- that class still haunts me -- and Kari Rowe, you and I were buds during junior high and you even wrote me for awhile after I moved (did you ever get my e-mail?) - Message: Hello All...Finding this website is like coming home again! Sounds like all of you are doing great living healthy and being happy. The joy of my life is my son, Timothy, who I dearly love and think that there is nothing more pure than the bond between parent and child. My other child (From my 1st Husband), Kendra, is 16 years old and tries my patience. She is a challenge every single day. I keep hoping its a phase and it will pass. I am happily married to the man of my dreams. When we met you could feel the electricity between us even after 10 years together we can still feel it. I still get goosebumps from him. Things weren't so great when I went to school, it wasn't the schools fault but family issues were coming to a head at home and I was in the middle of it. Things happen for a reason and its up to us to learn from it. Sometimes unfortunately. Things are much better now although those little life challenges do occur as they do with you I am sure. The trick is to realize they are here and to deal with them with as much dignity as you can.. At least that is what I have come up with so far. I miss my Castle Park memorabilia...They were stolen from me. My yearbook, class ring, etc..All gone.. As I scanned down the names for 1982, I remembered alot of the names and I could place some of the faces but not all. I am again struck with the sadness from missing my friends..If you found me email me I would love to hear from you! Still looking for Mr Bill too!!! Miss you guys email soon!! Love ya Mary

- Message: This is a great web-site!!. Hello everyone. Most people remember me, as " Georgie the soccer player". Any ways, after graduating from CP, I worked for a construction co. called R.E. HAZARD as a grade-checker/operator for 10 years. I broke my back in 92, and was unable to return back to that line of duty. So after being out of work for 3 years, ( mostly in a wheel-chair & walker ), I went back to school for Telecommunications in which I received my Degree in "D C Engineering ". I then worked for AT&T as a tech, which lasted for two years. I was hired for Lucent Technologies as a design change engineer in Fiber-optics up in Ventura County, which I loved very much. I recently returned back to San Diego, after losing my father on X-MAS day in 98,( tell me about it!) to be with my mom, whom I love very much, and got a job working here at Qualcomm Inc. My division was bought out by Kyocera-wireless Corp. in Feb of last year "00" , and that's where I stand today. I still talk to a couple of people from school, Victor Montoya, Alex Roman, Eugene Yepis, and a few more from a different year, nevertheless I wish it could be more, Monica Musaraca where are U. Hope to hear from someone?????
p.s. Oh, by the way, don't count on our 20th reunion, they still owe me my money from the first ten year reunion!!!

Well, nothing I thought I would be doing. I could say I made it big in Hollywood, but nothing ever came of my dreams of acting, except for a couple of "extra" parts,so I went on to playing the role of caregiver in the medical field, as well as, caregiver of leaky roofs. Go figure, huh? I never married, and the people who know me best know why. I had been searching the web for Cindy Bauer, so if anyone knows anything about her, please let me know. Other than that I would love to hear from any of the old gang from '82. I look back at the old annuals and I can't believe just how innocent we all looked. - Message: Hey everyone, I have been out of touch for a long time. Spent most of that time going all over the place in the military. I married in '85, I've since divorced '95, produced 3 lovely girls they are all grown now. Went in Special Operations in late 80's, out of SOCOM Tampa, Fl, as you might think the excitement never ended. Severely injured in the late 90's, stayed in the hospital for 14 months, then was retired. Went to Mexico for a couple of years and hung out. I have a small villa down there. I did finally meet a special someone (13yrs my junior) down there in Morelos, about two hours from Mexico city. When she became pregnant in 2001, we decided to come back to the states. We have two kids one 6yrs (son), and one 4yrs (daughter). I like to joke I have kids from 24 to 4, cracks me up. I am fully retired, more of a home maker, we have a modest ranch in Central North Carolina, ATV's, Horses, couple goats. All my older daughters live on the west coast, one happens to be in San Diego, (she's a nurse) we see each other several times a year. So I go to San Diego about twice a year, and other parts of the west coast about the same, each of them come here twice a year also, so it works out great. I really would like to go to any future class gettogethers. Sorry I missed out on all the others, I was always on mission. I hope all of you, and yours are all doing well.

Paul and I met in college and were married a month after my graduation. We continued to live in Utah for two years, and then relocated to Las Vegas so Paul could finish school at UNLV. I worked in the corporate world of finance until 1999 when we had our youngest. When I quit working, I was the Corporate Finance Manager of the largest medical practice & insurance company in Nevada--I don't miss those 50-60 hour work weeks! Paul and I have started our own small CPA practice--McPhee CPAs. I also have my scrapbooking business, that is a total blast for me. My family still lives in the Chula Vista/San Diego area, so I go down a couple of times a year. I would love to hear from you guys.

- College: Southwestern College
- Occupation: Immigration Officer
- Message: I gladly came full circle living here in Chula Vista. I bought a house four doors down from the home I grew up in and now my children are beginning to attend the same school I went to as a child. I got married for the second time in 1996 to Ana Maria and we had Brian Michael (1998), Jennifer Lynne (1999) and finally Karen Lorena (2003). From my first marriage I had David (1988), Steven (1990) and Kevin (1992). Backtracking more, I joined the Air Force right out of high school (the next day, in fact!) and spent the next ten years working around the world fixing F-16 jet-fighters. I spent considerable time in Germany and finally left the military in 1992 in Utah. The next year I was back home for good. I've taken classes at SW College, but not degree-worthy. I missed the 10th reunion, but was happy to see the great classmates at the 20th. I hope to see you all again very soon. I guess I was most remembered for my art in school, which has never left me. In fact, I won the worldwide U.S. Air Force Artist/Craftsman Contest in 1985 (Fine Art/Drawing) category. Now I work up the coast at Laguna Niguel two days a week with immigration adjudications. Life is very good. I hope to reconnect with many old friends in the near future! Write to me (e-mail), okay?

I have a 15 year old daughter, Alexis, who goes to Helix High School in La Mesa. I've been married for almost 3 years to the most awesome man, Tony. He works for Tipton Honda in El Cajon as a Sales Manager. We have a beautiful new house in El Cajon and we are happy and healthy!! Wow, it was nice to to find this site. - Message: Hello CP'ers! Our 1982 Class Reunion was terrific! Thank you Ray Perez and all who contributed. I was only disappointed at the turnout... just over 100? Can't believe how many people I did not recognize! Was truly hoping to see Misty Markes, Judy Valois, Sonya Logsden, and fellow Trojanettes from our Senior Year, and of course several guys that I always had my eyes on. Misty and Judy, SO GREAT TO SEE YOU! Congrats on your wedding next month Judy, looking forward to it. Misty, you are the same fun person I remember! If you didn't live in Yuma I'd love to get together regularly! Judy, still waiting for you to come visit me...I have lived in Ramona for 8 years now, it's a great place to raise kids! My husband is a sweetheart, we just celebrated 11 years. Our children are THE BEST! We are so blessed. Andrew is nine, Jonathan is seven, and I asked God for a daughter and he gave me a princess, Jennilyn (Jenni-lyn). She is almost four. I love being an at-home mom, kids give back so much more than they take. I cherish this time with them, they grow so fast. I love the "gold nuggets" they always give... those hysterical things and cute things they say! I write them down so I can laugh again years later. I also do Pampered Chef part-time, it's been a fun job for 6 1/2 years. I teach fun, in-home cooking classes and have earned many free trips in my career, including a trip for two to New Orleans, plus Montreal, Washington D.C., and Lake Tahoe. It's a great way to earn extra cash and have a lot of personal growth. Southern Living Magazine opened a home party division in 2001 and I got in on the ground floor. We market beautiful decorative items for the home, as well as gardening products, awesome cookbooks, and delicious food products. If you are into home parties, e-mail me! I have two different kinds of shows to offer. You can be a Host and earn free products or join me in doing what I do. Hope all of you are doing really well. I recommend attending the next reunion, people aren't snobby anymore at this stage of our lives! :)

- Message: Hello Trojans! Just went to our 20 year reunion and had a great time! It was nice to see old friends! Some of you haven't changed a bit! We live in Poway and have a little farm. Our kids are in 4-H and show dogs and pigs and we have chickens and a rabbit and if my daughter had her way we would also have a horse! They are also involved in soccer, softball, and girl scouts, so you know what I do in my spare time....all the kids stuff!
