What can I say except that, "Life keeps me on my toes", "Murphy (Murphy's Law) keeps me from being bored", and I have decided "Not to Sweat the Small Stuff, because It's all Small Stuff". Doug and I are proud to say that two of our girls graduated Castle (Chani 1990 and Alia 1992), played in the band, and marched in the Rose Parade. Both are now Grads of UCSD! • Message: I have been married to Patrick Granfors for the past 13 years.  We have lived in the Los Angeles suburb of Santa Clarita for that same amount of time.  I have taught at Saugus High School in Santa Clarita for 28 years of my 31 years in teaching!  I teach Senior English (shades of Mr. Dayton) and honors junior English. I work with our seniors to urge them to attend a four-year university such as the UC's or CSU's or a private school right for them.  I loved UCLA and want to share the college experience with kids! I am also the yearbook adviser ('03 will be my 25th and last yearbook). My husband Patrick graduated from Michigan State University and is a scheduling engineer. My two children from a former marriage are now ages 30 and 27.  My daughter Alisha is the head tennis coach at the University of Texas, El Paso.  My son Aaron works for AAA and is getting married this Labor Day weekend! Patrick and I are looking forward to my retirement from teaching in '05 and a possible move to Missouri or Arkansas where we can live on a lake and enjoy some elbow room!  No more LA for us!

• Message: Out of high school, I spent 4 years in the Air Force, one year in Thailand and my last year at Columbus, MS. Met and married a local school teacher in December, 72, we have two sons 26 and 21 - neither is married. I earned 2 degrees in accounting in 3 1/2 years from Miss. State, worked as a CPA for 5 years, in banking for 8 and in the truck dealership business for about 12. We live in a 170 year old home in town and have a 30 acre farm about 10 miles in the country with cattle, a garden and lots of pine trees. My parents got tired of waiting for me to move back to California, so about 6 years ago they moved to Mississippi. In addition to still doing a little flying, my younger son and I enjoy going over to Talladega to the car races each year.

• Message: Left HS in 66 to marry Ray Petrosky. Divorced in 69 but stayed buddies till his death in 95. Married Tony Aguilera in 70, Divorced in 74 and moved to Tulsa with my son and daughter. Have worked in management for last 30 years, mostly in factories and stores, until creation of DHS. Enjoying my 3 grandkids, the quiet country life, and once in a while, the Indian casinos. • Message: Hafa Adai from Santa Monica, California. Just read what my brother Tommy provided on my info-sketch--need to correct.  In 1993, I started a non-profit organization called Guam Communications Network, commonly known as GCN.  We are the sole multi-service agency that is community-based and provides services for the Chamorro people (group indigenous to the island of Guam).  Some of our projects include a Chamorro women's breast cancer research project in partnership with UCI - I am co-principal investigator.  We also have the Chamorro Arts and Cultural Center, Youth-2-Youth Pacific Islanders, education and outreach programs on health and chronic diseases and community leadership development.  I served on the State's Task Force on Multicultural Health under the Department of Health Services and am currently a national steering committee member of the Asian and Pacific Islander National Cancer Survivors Network.  My work provides me the opportunity to create programs that benefit the community and also utilize technology in creating educational materials.

• Message: Well, isn't this something? Finally got access to the computer (husband lives on this thing) and decided to look up good old Castle Park. Sorry, I didn't recognize anyone that is already listed. Lost touch with all my friends when I moved back east and was just too busy raising a family to go to the reunions. Well the house is empty (kids are all gone) and time to reflect. Funny, a few gray hairs and fine lines (yes, I said FINE!) make one think of the past when you weren't considering a dye job. We have two daughters, Kimberly is 29 and expecting their first child (a boy) this April and Ginger is 26 and proud mother of a power packed 2 year old boy. Didn't know a thing out "boys" until little Stone was born (and they say you can't learn anything, HA). Everyone has heard the question "What do you want to be when you grow up?" Well I finally have an answer. "A professional grandma." If anyone has heard from Anita Long or David Diamond just let me know.! Hope to hear from the 67's soon.
